Diwali 2018: It’s going to be four-day holiday in Tamil Nadu this time

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu State government on Monday declared November 5 as a holiday for all offices, schools, colleges and educational institutions. is celebrated in the state on November 6. “We received several demands seeking holiday on November 5 so that people will get four days holidays (Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday),” said an official.The order also said that November 10 (second Saturday) will be a working day to compensate the holiday on November 5.
