The actor’s presence drew a massive crowd of eager fans who gathered outside the office premises in hopes of catching a glimpse of their beloved icon.

Dressed in a crisp white kurta and pyjama, Rajinikanth graciously acknowledged the throng of admirers, waving and smiling as he made his way through the enthusiastic crowd. Reports indicate that the megastar took a moment to snap a selfie with an elderly woman, further endearing himself to his devoted fanbase.

While speculation abounds regarding the purpose of Rajinikanth’s land acquisition, with rumors suggesting plans for a hospital or a residential property, concrete details remain undisclosed.

Rajinikanth has been busy filming his upcoming movie, ‘Vettaiyan’, helmed by director TJ Gnanavel of ‘Jai Bhim’ fame. The film has kept the superstar occupied in recent months, with shooting schedules taking him to various locations. Notably, Rajinikanth recently wrapped up a schedule in Hyderabad before returning to Chennai, where he garnered attention for traveling in economy class, surprising many of his fans.
