Superstar Rajinikanth made headlines on March 1 as he visited the registrar’s office in Thiruporur, Chengalpet, Tamil Nadu, to formalize the purchase of land in the area. The actor’s presence drew a massive crowd of eager fans who gathered outside the office premises in hopes of catching a glimpse of their beloved icon.

Dressed in a crisp white kurta and pyjama, Rajinikanth graciously acknowledged the throng of admirers, waving and smiling as he made his way through the enthusiastic crowd. Reports indicate that the megastar took a moment to snap a selfie with an elderly woman, further endearing himself to his devoted fanbase.

While speculation abounds regarding the purpose of Rajinikanth’s land acquisition, with rumors suggesting plans for a hospital or a residential property, concrete details remain undisclosed.

Rajinikanth has been busy filming his upcoming movie, ‘Vettaiyan’, helmed by director TJ Gnanavel of ‘Jai Bhim’ fame.
